Thank you for choosing Canada Trampoline Manufacturers and Crazy Ape Extreme Equipment! We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality trampoline products and exceptional service. All CrazyApe products come equipped with important information regarding proper assembly, use, and safety procedures. All supervisors and trampoline users must read this important information before any person is allowed to jump on the trampoline.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability under the CrazyCare warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the covered product. We will not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the product, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, or loss of use.
Standard Warranty
Canada Trampoline Manufacturers Inc. and Crazy Ape Extreme Equipment warrants its products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service conditions. This warranty does not extend to items such as, but not limited to, cuts, punctures, abrasions, burns, or the use of abrasive or caustic cleansers. To analyze defects in materials and manufacture, please contact us with a copy of your receipt, trampoline serial number, and photos or description of the product. If the product is covered by the warranty and is repairable, it will be repaired immediately and quickly returned to you. Irreparable products will be replaced. If the product is not under warranty but is repairable, a repair quote will be proposed before repair. You will not be billed without your consent.
INCIDENTAL WARRANTY - CRAZYCARE
All trampoline jump surfaces and enclosure nets purchased from our online store, www.CrazyApe.Shop, are covered from incidental damage for 2 years under our incidental warranty program called "CrazyCare." If during the 2-year period the product is damaged in any incidental way, it is covered with a $250 deductible. A single incident is covered during the period. Replacement products are covered by a 1-year manufacturer's warranty, from the date of replacement. Typical incidental damage would include burns from campfire embers, falling tree branches, windstorms, or sharp objects on shoes or in clothing damaging the fabric. CrazyCare is transferable.
Purchases from CanadaTrampoline.ca or CrazyApe.Shop:
Products purchased directly from the manufacturer include round trip shipping for the purposes of inspecting or repairing any products in question. Please contact us if you have any concerns and we will promptly inspect the product in question remotely before supplying a return shipping label. If a replacement product is warranted, the product will be shipped to the original shipping destination under your products warranty.
Purchases from Authorized Dealers:
Products purchased from Authorized Dealers are covered by the Authorized Dealer in question. If applicable, warranty replacements will be provided to the Authorized Dealer. If you purchased your trampoline from an Authorized Dealer, please contact them directly. Replacement parts do not include shipping or freight expenses and are the responsibility of the purchaser.
