    • Crazy Ape Extreme Equipment ships to all locations within the United States and Canada. For international shipments, please contact us for a custom quote.
    • Please note that shipping rates may vary for customers located in remote or hard-to-reach areas. In some cases, shipping may not be available to certain locations or may require additional fees.

    3. Freight Shipments:

    • Some of our products and parts may require shipping via freight. Please carefully inspect these items for damage before signing the Bill of Lading to receive the goods.

    5. Picking Up Freight Shipments:

    • For customers who prefer to save on shipping costs, Crazy Ape Extreme Equipment offers the option to pick up freight shipments from the nearest freight terminal. This option is often the best choice for cottage, island, or small-town destinations and can save customers an average of $150 in shipping costs.
    • If you choose to pick up your shipment from the freight terminal, we will provide you with the necessary information to retrieve your package. Please note that you will need to bring a government-issued ID and the Bill of Lading to the freight terminal in order to pick up your shipment.
    • Freight shipments are often large and heavy, so we recommend that you bring appropriate transportation, such as a pickup truck or trailer, to transport your shipment from the terminal to its final destination.
    • Please inspect your shipment carefully for any damage before leaving the terminal. If you notice any damage, please contact us immediately so we can assist you with filing a claim with the freight carrier.

    6. Customs Duties, Taxes and U.S. Tariffs:

    • Crazy Ape manufactures its trampolines in Canada, and our products qualify for preferential treatment under USMCA where applicable.
    • For U.S. orders, Crazy Ape coordinates the required customs documentation and clearance.
    • The price shown at checkout reflects the tariffs and import costs we expect to apply to your order at the time of purchase. Where applicable, tariff-related costs will be clearly identified during checkout.
    • U.S. tariff rules are changing rapidly. Crazy Ape actively works to minimize these costs for our customers while complying with all applicable customs requirements.
    • If a material change in tariffs, duties, customs treatment, or other government-imposed charges occurs after an order is placed and makes fulfillment commercially impractical, Crazy Ape reserves the right to contact the customer to revise or cancel the order. If Crazy Ape cancels an order under these circumstances, amounts paid for the cancelled portion of the order will be refunded.
