- For customers who prefer to save on shipping costs, Crazy Ape Extreme Equipment offers the option to pick up freight shipments from the nearest freight terminal. This option is often the best choice for cottage, island, or small-town destinations and can save customers an average of $150 in shipping costs.
- If you choose to pick up your shipment from the freight terminal, we will provide you with the necessary information to retrieve your package. Please note that you will need to bring a government-issued ID and the Bill of Lading to the freight terminal in order to pick up your shipment.
- Freight shipments are often large and heavy, so we recommend that you bring appropriate transportation, such as a pickup truck or trailer, to transport your shipment from the terminal to its final destination.
- Please inspect your shipment carefully for any damage before leaving the terminal. If you notice any damage, please contact us immediately so we can assist you with filing a claim with the freight carrier.

- Our products are USMCA compliant, and Crazy Ape covers all import paperwork and customs clearance for shipments valued over $2500.
