Our Refund Policy

At Crazy Ape, we take pride in creating custom, made-to-order trampolines built specifically for each customer. Because each trampoline is uniquely crafted for you, we're unable to offer refunds or returns on our custom-built products.

Our Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If we deliver a trampoline that doesn't meet the agreed-upon specifications, we'll make it right by providing replacements or upgrades at no additional cost to you.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery. If you notice any defects, damage, or discrepancies from what you ordered, contact us immediately at sales@crazyape.shop so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Non-Custom Components

Standard components, parts, and accessories that aren't custom-made (such as in-ground mounting hardware, pads, and enclosure nets) may be eligible for return within 30 days of receipt if they remain unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging. Please contact us at sales@crazyape.shop to initiate a return for these items.
