Crazy Ape Extreme Equipment Recognized for World's Longest Trampoline

Crazy Ape Extreme Equipment Recognized for World's Longest Trampoline

We did it. On April 9, 2026, APEX Adventure Plex and Crazy Ape Extreme Equipment were officially awarded the Guinness World Record for the longest trampoline in the world — a 192-foot continuous InfiniTramp, proudly built and installed right here in Canada.

This has been years in the making. From a proof-of-concept build in our Regina shop in 2024, to a full-scale installation at APEX Adventure Plex in Winnipeg, the journey to this record was anything but simple. But on adjudication day, with a Guinness official on-site and hundreds of people taking long turns bouncing on the trampoline at once, the result was confirmed: APEX Adventure Plex and Crazy Ape hold the record for the longest trampoline on earth.

How It Started

The previous world record was a 170-foot "Fast Track" built in Russia in 2012. We knew we could beat it — but we wanted to do it right. Our target was roughly 200 feet, giving us a meaningful margin over the existing benchmark while undertaking the challenge of building something that would actually perform at that scale.

Before committing to a full installation, our team built a 100-foot proof-of-concept right here in Regina. The goal was to validate the system — to prove that the engineering, materials, and construction method could be scaled up without compromising performance. It worked. And everything we learned in that build informed the full-scale, 58.613 meters (192 feet 3.5 inches) version.

Built in Canada, From the Ground Up

Every component of this trampoline was designed and manufactured in-house in Regina using primarily Canadian materials. Nothing was outsourced. The frames, the beds, the hardware — all of it was handmade by our team. That's not just a point of pride; it's central to what makes this record meaningful. A Canadian company, building world-class equipment, in a Saskatchewan shop.

That said, getting to 192 feet wasn't a straight line. Scaling a trampoline of this size introduced challenges that simply don't exist at smaller dimensions. Our team encountered issues with material stretching and tolerances that hadn't shown up in previous builds. It took multiple manufacturing iterations to get the performance right across the full length. Every attempt taught us something, and every adjustment brought us closer to the final result.

The Installation at APEX Adventure Plex

The completed trampoline was installed at APEX Adventure Plex in Winnipeg — an indoor adventure facility located at 1150 Nairn Avenue. APEX is our sister company under the APEX Active Entertainment (AAE Group) umbrella, which manages both the Crazy Ape equipment brand and APEX park operations. There was no better home for a build like this.

Fitting a 192-foot trampoline inside a building is its own logistical challenge. The installation required careful planning to work within the structure of the facility without disrupting day-to-day operations. The result is a trampoline that anchors the entire park — not just a centrepiece, but the centrepiece.

The Guinness Adjudication

To qualify for a Guinness World Record, it wasn't enough to simply measure the trampoline. Guinness required us to demonstrate that it was suitable for public use — meaning it had to function as a true trampoline at full scale, not just sit there and look impressive.

That meant putting hundreds of people on it a dozen at a time at once. The trampoline had to perform. And it did. With the adjudicator on-site, the measurement verified, and the public use criteria satisfied, APEX Adventure Plex and Crazy Ape were jointly awarded the record on April 9, 2026: the world's longest trampoline at 192 feet.

What This Means for Crazy Ape

We've always believed that the best trampoline equipment in the world can be built right here in Canada. This record is proof of that. APEX Adventure Plex is the official Guinness World Record holder, and Crazy Ape built every inch of it. Both brands operate under APEX Active Entertainment (AAE Group) — so this was never just a client project. It was a record we set for ourselves, with everything we had.

If you're planning a trampoline park, upgrading your facility, or looking for equipment that's built to perform at any scale, we'd love to talk. This record didn't happen by accident — it happened because we take what we build seriously.
