It started with a DM:“Can you build a bunk bed trampoline?”

Our first thought? Insane idea.

Our second? Let’s do it.

Four weeks later, we delivered a fully custom, made-to-spec bunk bed trampoline straight to Drew Dirksen’s door. And it’s not just for show — this thing rips.

This build features a 2" x 4" 10-gauge structural steel frame with Gatorshield® galvanized coating, high-tension music wire springs, and our pro-grade polypropylene jump surface — the same spec we use in trampoline parks and performance rigs.

We wrapped the frame in 2" thick safety pads, built with impact-rated foam cores and UV-resistant vinyl covers that can be swapped out anytime. The final touch? A color-matched Crazy Ape vinyl step for easy access.
